Help with M pump adjust

Hi all,

I've started to adjust the pump in my OM616 with a M/RSF governer. Ive adjusted the two screws circled 1 turn CCW. I'm still not getting any smoke though (max EGT ~1020deg F) and now the the engine does not return to idle properly, is there another adjustment to correct this? The upside is the car feels abit stronger.

Sorry I can't help on your adjustment.

Can a modified M pump from a non-turbo OM617 work well on a turbo 617 without an ALDA? I'm installing a VNT turbo this weekend so low end smoke should not be too much of a problem, I hope.
