I'm looking for the best automatic transmission for an Om605 which I'm hoping will eventually be putting out 400hp+, it's going into a W201 & I'd prefer a full hydraulic trans but would go for an electronic one if it can look pretty much stock in my car.

Um, the NA om602 revs to 5,500, so a 605 should rev past 5000 easy.

Somewhere down the track I'd like to put an OM605 turbo into my 190d, I plan to use the original automatic transmission, just wondering how much horsepower & torque it & the rest of the drive train can handle.

I haven't been able to find out what cfm the supercharger can supply yet, I think it might be 620, 150hp would be plenty, even 130hp would probably be enough, I only really want it to make around te same power as the standard turbo version would but be a torqueyer & the supercharger will supply ...
