Rebuild the 290TD with mechanical ip

As topic, is it able to use the IP from the 10v 250 to make it able to use the 290td engine in a w110 I´m building?

Original the 290td have alot of electrical wich make it hard to connect to an another car, right?

The 290 is completely computer controlled. I'm pretty sure the mounting is different, though I know one person jerry rigged a W123 300D pump to work.
