I have a W201 2.3-16v which I will install an OM602.961 engine in. (from a 1987 W201 2.5 turbo)

I am planning to use the original turbo and manifolds with 3" (76mm) exhaust and Mynä Diesel injection pump, with full load set for no smoke. (intercooler and Holset HX-35 will come later)

If I use the 1:1 5sp transmission from the 190E with the 2.65:1 differential from the 190D, what fuel consumption can I expect at 100-110 kph?

Mauri has mentioned 5.7L/100km (41 US mpg). Was that with S124, OM603, and automatic transmission? What was the final drive (differential) ratio on that car?
