Hi
Have mounted a Rotormaster TB04 on an old engine. And have adjust the injector pump a little bit and its help.
But how do i now when i reach maximum amount of fuel dillivery ?
And what have you guy's done with youre pumps.?
Is it necessery to do any other modifications with the engine to avoide damage?
I run maximum boost 1.0 bar and the turbocharger have no wasegate.
Think the boost should rise when i get more fuel but how high can i go with the stock engine.
It's bad that i dont understand finnish so please help me.

I won't comment on the engine's ability to take a beating but the pump can be rebuilt with larger elements and thus the amount of fuel will be increased.
Far as I know this is most certainly not a DIY installation but requires a professional diesel pump repair company.
Ask around your local tractor pulling people, they know EVERYTHING about diesel tuning

And a completely stock 300D

I have notice that the boost pressure is come late up in rpm do i have a to large A/R value on my exhuast turbine or have i a problem with a to smal exhaust pipe. Its just 2 inces and i think it build a lot of exhaust perssure. And because of that the exthaust gases flow trough the tubro without expand to a large volume. Instead of just passing. It should expand and drive the exhauts turbine lot more becasue the larger volume of gases. Do i have right?
What size should i have on my pipe to get a non pressure axhauts pipe?
Now overkill solutions
Whats you normaly used on lite tuned engines (200 hp)
What happend with the fuel pump timning when i adjust up fuel amount.
Does it stand still or advance-retract and how important is 24° egnition.
Must i check it after every adjustment.
I still want more power so whats the secrets about diesel tuning?
