Hi everybody, my 1. post here.
I wonder if some of you know what opportunitys I have for mounting a tachometer inside my instrument-panel.
Could I use one from W/S124 diesel, and put it into my instrumentpanel, and plug it to my Car, The car is a 1983 123.193 with a OM617.952 engine(300 TDT)?

123 diesel whit tacho is very rare here in Norway.

W123 diesel with RPM gauge: not much in Europe.
There are more with RPM gauges in the USA.
I bought a gauge which was in a USA w123 300CD.

But with some DIY/skills a w124 gauge is probably doable.

just checked: the diameter of the scales is about the same, maximum 5 mm difference
