Tarvitko (STAR) uudelleen ohjelmointi jos vaihdetaan etu-SAM?

Löysin ebay etu-sami joka ollut käytössä 2-zone E320
MERCEDES E320 W211 165KW BJ02 SICHERUNGSKASTEN SICHERUNG RELAIS 2115453101 R212

Oma MB on 220 cdi on 4-zone WDB 211 006 1A 263 262 ja SAM malli 2115453101

Jos 60Eur saa toinen sami en viittis tilata chippi ja vaihtaa oman etu-samin driver chippi L9997ND joka on luutavasti rikki

Minä mittasi ja testasi vesiventtiili A 211 832 01 84 (exchange shut-of motor) ja oli 17,8 Ohmi ja toimii kuin antaa 12V

Tiedoksi muille, yritin ensiksi mitata vesi moottori M4 kaapelilta ohjeitten mukana mutta se ei onnistunut minun autossa.. eli poistin venttiili. (katso kuva)

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that either the rear A/C vent is intermittently blowing warm air in the cooling mode or there is no warm air in the heating mode, check the heat exchanger shut off valve, M16/32. DTCs 9026 (M16/32 open) and/or 9027 (M16/32 short circuited) may or may not be stored. A test via “actuations” in DAS may indicate that the driver side SAM is malfunctioning. In any case, perform the following test. Prior to replacing the driver side SAM, perform the following test.
1. Remove connector M4 from the driver’s side SAM.
2. With a multimeter, check the resistance between pin 9 and pin 12 on the connector just removed.
3. If the resistance for M16/32 is less than 10 ohms, replace the heat exchanger shut off valve. Do not replace the driver’s side SAM.
4. If the resistance for M16/32 is 10 ohms of more, the heat exchange shut off valve is OK. Continue to diagnose the system as needed.

Tarkoittaako tämä että kuin SAM laatikko vaihdetaan auto pitää aina koodata uudelleen?
(jos auto ei ole ollut 100% samanlainen mistä se on otettu)

Jaah, kun tuli viileet välillä niin eihän tuo rottelo enää lämmintä puhalla... ei vikakoodeja, vesiventtiiliä ohjaamallakaan ei lämmintä tule. Mikäs liitin tuo M4 on, en heti löytänyt SAMin pohjaliittimistä tietoa? Vai vaihdanko ensin venttiilin sokkona, sitä veikkaan kun jäähdytysnesteessäkin oli talvella jotain 'nöyhtää' mikä viittais että jokin järjestelmässä on rapautunut...

Venttiili aina vaihtoon, sitten toivoa ettei ole SAM rikki. Harvemmin on.
