Hello mercedes friends.
I have swapped 6mm elements into my pump, it works fine but not real power increase before i adjust the max fuel for each cylinder. I have tried minimal adjustments, but i screwed up. is there any way to adjust this diy without the bosch machine? Anything more than stock is a good improvement for me since our track is only 2nd gear max... no room for 3gear..

Re: om603 Pump 6mm elements
Without a Bosch bench there’s no precise way to set per cylinder max fuel, and guessing usually makes things worse. Best DIY option is to return everything to stock reference marks and make very small, equal adjustments, otherwise a pump shop is the only reliable solution.

Not really, at least not properly. Without a Bosch test bench, you’re basically guessing. You can do very small, even adjustments and test carefully, but it’s risky and easy to mess up balance between cylinders. If you just want a mild gain, setting overall max fuel slightly above stock is the safest DIY option. For anything precise, a pump shop is the only real solution.Dinosaur Game kirjoitti: ↑
