om606.962(w 744.6) to w124

Hello, i have 1994y W124 E300Diesel, with om606.910 100kw 4 speed aut. tranny, and i have donor car, w210 with om606.962, 130kw w 5 speed aut tranny, atm w210 is in full contition and it would be nice if someone tell me what should i look if i make the change, i know there will be a lot of wires, but is it hard to make it that it would work as well in w124 as in w210 ?
