First of all I want to run it with a IP from my old OM603 350 Turbodiesel.

What start of delivery should I set up?
12 degrees after OT?

Hello, I want to install an OM603 or OM606 in my W463. It should get about 300-350hp. I think about OM606 with S2BG Turbo and OM603 Pump with 7mm Myna PumpElements. If I do not find a good OM606 I will try it with an OM603... But which transmission should I use? Is 722.4 from W124 300 Turbodiesel ok...

Hi,

you have an electronical rotary pump.
you can use only chiptuning for it, no mechanic changes.

Hi, do you think the Perkins is even bigger than OM603 Turbo? As I know OM603 has K24 what means 59mm turbine. OM602 and 606 have K14 what means 50mm turbine. What about the original natural-aspirated injection pump?
How much horsepowers are possible with the original pump elements?

I think I do not need ALDA, I wanna just turn up the fuel ratio,
so the engine will smoke until the boost comes.

the 350 diesel is a very bad machine, it has very short lifetime.
AFAIR the diameter of the cylinders is biggr as on 300TD, so it is not useful.

sorry that I post here in english... The W210 300Turbodiesel has the 722.6 W5A330. So the torque converter is for 330Nm max. So a tuning will be harmful, right? AFAIK Sprinter 270CDI has only 330Nm. In the C or E-Class the 270CDI has 370Nm. But you do not have much options on clutches because the 270CDIs were the biggest machines, which you could buy with manual gearbox.
